The round was led by Benchmark, a renowned investment firm, with the participation of other notable investors, including Conviction, Thrive Capital, and Bond Capital.

In its recent Series A funding round, HeyGen successfully raised $60 million. The funding was primarily led by Benchmark. Additionally, this funding round attracted the participation of several other investors, such as Thrive Capital, BOND, Conviction, Dylan Field, Elad Gil, Aviv Nevo, Neil Mehta, and SV Angel.
In conjunction with this funding round, HeyGen announced the appointment of several new executives. Dave King, formerly the Chief Marketing Officer at Asana, joins as the Chief Business Officer. Rong Yan, previously the Vice President of Engineering at HubSpot, assumes the role of Chief Technology Officer. Lavanya Poreddy, with previous experience at Match Group and Meta, has been appointed as the Head of Trust and Safety.
