3-Day Refund Policy
At HIX.AI, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. That's why we offer a customer-friendly 3-day refund policy on all our Contracts.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free refund process, we kindly ask you to take note of the following eligibility criteria:
- The refund request must be made within three (3) days of the original Contract purchase.
- Within this period, usage for each product should not exceed the specified limits:
- For HIX Bypass, word usage should be less than 1,500 words.
- For AI Writer, BrowserGPT, and DesktopGPT, word usage should be less than 15,000 words per product.
- For ArticleGPT, word usage should be less than 15,000 words and fewer than 10 documents should be generated under any of its paid plans.
Please be aware of the following additional details:
- Refunds are not automatically processed. If you wish to opt out of our services and request a refund, please reach out to us within three days of account termination.
- By default, account cancellations are scheduled to take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
- We regret that we cannot offer refunds for any usage that falls outside of our 3-day refund policy. It is essential to communicate your refund request within this timeframe.
- Please note that refunds are not available if you have utilized your account within the same calendar month as your refund request unless it falls within the 3-day money-back guarantee period. To avoid any future subscription charges, we strongly recommend canceling your account promptly.
- Please note that refunds only apply to your current subscription. We do not provide refunds for previous months' charges or any additional costs incurred on your account.
How to Request a Refund from HIX.AI?
To initiate a refund for your subscription with HIX.AI, you must follow the steps below:
Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription:
- Login to your account
- Go to Dashboard and click on your user icon in the upper right corner
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu
- Find the "Need to cancel your subscription?" section
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and submit your refund request
Step 2: Contact Our Support:
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Explain that you would like to cancel your subscription and request a refund
- Wait for the refund
Our support team aims to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days at most. We'll do our best to address your situation promptly and fairly. Your patience during the process is greatly appreciated.
